After downloading and setting up the game. I get a notification stating that it has found a new launcher and once you press OK it restarts the launcher and then when you press game start, the launcher says "The game cannot start please try again later" Which i have done and i have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I am on a new computer and even my friend isn't sure what to do as well. Here are screen shots that i have taken of the notifications that have popped up
