My vip stats for being level 18 don't affect my upgrade rate. It fails to much and it makes me not want to play anymore.
Another reason I no longer want to play this game is gacha vip has ALL useless items for me unless I get success stones or adamantium stones. I have never got the success stones or the adamantium stones and I recently payed nearly 900 dollars all on gacha and all I got were items that don't matter in helping make me stronger.
Sick of this game no progress.

You are right this is stupid game ever seen, there is no policy or rules to get more lucky or chance for Gacha., they must make rules for those how pay more or playing more.
now you spent too much or you play too much you get nothing you still the same as you lvl1.
