Well this is quite the complicated issue. I have downloaded the game, and the launcher isn't working.
What is happening is that after i double click i see the big logo "ASDA GLOBAL" but then it just disappears and nothing ever appears again.... :(
1. I have tried to reinstall about three times
2. i have tried restarting computer
3. And i looked it up on the internet but i couldn't find anything

Reinstalling keeps the downloaded files as they are. On the other hand, re-downloading, will get you the game with its updates and files that you might be having broken or missing.
Note that unstable netwrok and cuts during downloading can result in missing files.
Try redownloading and updating us about your case.
