Am still having problems and can't play. I have a all new acct, all new characters.
When I transfered my acct according to the "new update" and other email, said was transfered, but all new still. logged with the other email and all new, still can't play.
And we are 3 of us that can't play.
Anyone having the same issues?

Create new account for now. Admins is busy they don't reply. I think email them is better.
